Service Adjustments for ND/Michigan Game
The following service adjustments will be in place for the Notre Dame vs. Michigan home football game this Saturday, September 6.
#5 North Michigan – Buses will bypass Saint Mary’s College beginning with the 2:20 p.m. departure from South Street Station. The 3:20, 4:20 and 5:20 trips will be canceled.
#7 Notre Dame/UP Mall – Buses will bypass Notre Dame starting with the 10:20 a.m. departure from South Street Station. This detour will continue for the remainder of the service day.
Outbound – From LaSalle Ave buses will turn left on Eddy St, then right on South Bend Ave to UP Mall.
Inbound – From UP Mall buses will turn on South Bend Ave, left on Eddy St and right on LaSalle Ave resuming the regular route. The last inbound #7 coming into the Notre Dame Library will be at 10:00 a.m..
#7A Midnight Express – Service will not begin until midnight due to the late game time and the need to wait for traffic to clear.
#13 Corby/Town & Country – Buses will be detoured starting with the 10:20 a.m. departure from South Street Station and will remain east on LaSalle Ave, left on Eddy St, right on South Bend Ave, right on Edison resuming the regular posted detour.
#17 Sweep – The Sweep will run from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. only and may be detoured at Brother Andre Dr and SR 933 based on traffic patterns.
The Sweep will be detoured on campus as follows:
Leaving the ND Library, east on ROTC, left on Leahy, right on Bulla, right on Twyckenham, right on Angela, right on Notre Dame Ave resuming the regular route to Saint Mary’s.
Whenever re-routing of service occurs, listed times for arrivals and departures cannot be guaranteed. Transpo encourages fixed route patrons to plan accordingly. All detours are subject to change as conditions and traffic patterns change in the surrounding area.
