2015 ITA Safety Award - Transpo received the 2015 Safety Award from the Indiana Transportation Association at the Annual Meeting in September 2016. The award is presented annual and is determined by the lowest accident frequency rate based on the number of revenue miles and total number of accidents. Transpo experienced a 48% reduction in preventable fleet accidents in 2015.

2015 Impact Award from South Shore Clean Cities - Transpo received the 2015 Impact Award from South Shore Clean Cities at the Annual Meeting in February 2016. The award recognizes an organization that strives to improve the quality of life in Northern Indiana and demonstrates leadership in sustainability. Transpo was recognized for their ongoing sustainability initiatives including the fleet conversion to CNG and the opening of their fast-fuel CNG fueling center.
