Transpo to Host Employment Open Houses

This week, Transpo will host two Employment Open Houses:

• Thursday, August 6^th from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Saturday, August 8^th from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

The events will take place at the Emil “Lucky” Reznik Administration, Maintenance and Operations Facility, located at 1401 S. Lafayette Blvd.

Transpo is accepting applications for Part-Time Fixed Route Operators, Access Paratransit Operators, Service Line and janitorial positions. Full job descriptions are available online at http://sbtranspo.com/about/employment.

All interested candidates are invited to attend the open house to learn detailed information about the available positions, compensation and benefits package and to begin the application process. Face coverings are required and physical distancing measures will be in place.

For positions requiring a Commercial Driver’s License, Transpo will assist qualified candidates in obtaining their CDL during the training process.

Transpo routes #6 South Michigan and #12 Rum Village to Broadway St provide easy access to Transpo’s facility.
